These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vbd9 platform ("Site", "Platform" or "Service"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

2.1 Age Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household use a single device or the same network, supporting evidence may be required.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. An account opened with false information will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. vbd9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4.1 Deposit

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at vbd9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method.

• You must provide the correct account number and transaction details when making a deposit.
• Deposits can only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited, and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• vbd9 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus received can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit.
• vbd9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

vbd9's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular betting activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. Detailed terms relating to cashback will be communicated separately.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports.

• If any bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, vbd9 will resolve it in a reasonable manner.
• If a member attempts to take advantage of match-fixing or manipulation of match results, their account will be closed.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair outcomes.
• vbd9 operates on a fair play policy — every game result is completely independent.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game will resume from the last saved state.
